Top chicken breasts with juice from limes, then sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cumin. Add in cilantro, corn, garlic cloves, diced onion, and black beans.
Put the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 5-6 hours or high heat for 2-3 hours.
When cooking is complete, remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Add shredded chicken back to liquid in the slow cooker.
Serve shredded chicken on tortillas with your favorite toppings (sour cream, salsa, lettuce, guacamole, etc).
