strawberries

sugar

lemon juice

cornstarch
Crumble

old fashioned oats

brown sugar

butter

Instructions
Heat cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch in skillet and cook until strawberries are softened and liquid thickens (about 5-7 minutes)
In a separate bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and butter.
Sprinkle crumble over strawberry mixture.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Top with ice cream and enjoy! Best served warm.
Notes
You could most definitely make this recipe, using frozen strawberries. However, we recommend letting the strawberries defrost.
