Ingredients

  • pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into chunks or strips
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 green onions minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 4 flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Sauté chicken over medium high heat until browned.
  • Add vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper, green onion, and garlic.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  • Add cilantro and simmer for an additional 30 seconds.
  • Serve on warmed tortillas with desired toppings.
