Steak and Mushroom Kabobs Recipe

These steak and mushroom kabobs are marinated in a balsamic and olive oil mixture. Add some watermelon and grilled zucchini and it makes a perfect summer meal!

  • Grill


  • 2 pounds steak cut into 1inch cubes
  • 16 ounces mushrooms button
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, basil, garlic and salt and pepper to a small container or ziploc bag. Mix until it is thoroughly combined.
  • Add in steak and mushrooms and let it marinade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Remove from refrigerator after meat has marinated, and slide alternating pieces of meat and mushroom onto the skewers.
  • Heat grill to medium-high heat and grill for 8-10 minutes until meat is cooked through.
