Ingredients

  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 ½ cups sliced almonds
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • cup butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, mix together bread crumbs, almonds, and salt and pepper.
  • Take each piece of chicken and dip it in the beaten eggs, and then dredge it through the almond mixture, coating each piece completely.
  • Place each coated chicken breast in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
