BBQ TATER TOT CASSEROLE RECIPE
This classic family recipe takes on a BBQ twist, and it tastes amazing.
Servings: 12 people
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion diced
- ½ red bell pepper diced
- ½ green bell pepper diced
- 1 can corn drained
- 2 can Bold Manwich sauce
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 (32 oz) bag tator tots
Brown ground beef, salt & pepper, onion, red pepper, & green pepper together until the hamburger is cooked through. Drain grease well. Add in the drained corn and Manwich sauce and mix until combined. Heat through.
Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Sprinkle 1 cup of grated cheese over the top of the hamburger mixture.
Place tater tots over all and then cover with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes in oven heated to 400 degrees.
