Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
In a small bowl mix together salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, and cinnamon. Rub spice mixture on all sides of pork.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Brown pork on all sides, for about 4-5 minutes total.
Place tenderloins in prepared baking dish.
In another small bowl, mix together honey, garlic, and Tabasco sauce.
Pour the mixture on top of pork and and cook in the oven until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 140 degrees (about 20 minutes).
Remove pork from oven, loosely cover with foil, and let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
This recipe could most definitely be made in a slow cooker. We still recommend browning the pork tenderloin, as directed in the recipe, but place it in a sprayed, slow cooker, then pour the sauce on top.
