Homemade Pizza Pockets Recipe

Homemade Pizza Pockets are our new go to on busy nights. They only take a few minutes to throw together, and have the most amazing taste. I personally prefer them over a slice of pizza.

  • Baking Sheet


  • 18 dinner rolls frozen dough
  • 1 ½ cups pizza sauce
  • 3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 54 pepperoni slices


  • Thaw rolls according to directions on the package.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • After the rolls are thawed (but not risen), stretch out each roll and lay it flat on a greased cookie sheet.
  • Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto each roll. Top with a small handful of shredded cheese, and three pepperoni slices.
  • Fold the dough over the toppings and pinch the edges together. Try to not have any holes in your dough, as your cheese will melt out of it.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool a few minutes before serving.
