Slow Cooker Balsamic Pork Roast Recipe
This Slow Cooker Balsamic Pork Roast, is the most tender and juicy pork roast I have ever tasted. It is also the BEST pork roast I have ever tasted.
- 2 pound pork roast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray and place roast inside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour over roast and cover with lid.
Cook for 4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
