Guacamole Bacon Burger Recipe
You'll love this delicious burger topped with guacamole, pepper jack cheese and bacon!
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- garlic powder to taste
- seasoned salt to taste
- 12 strips bacon cooked
- 1 ½ cups guacamole
- 8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
Mix together ground beef, garlic powder, and seasoning salt and shape into 6 patties.
Grill burgers on each side for 5-7 minutes.
Place burgers on buns and top each with 2 strips of cooked bacon, 1/4 cup guacamole, a slice of cheese, and other desired toppings.
