  • Large Saucepan
  • Wooden Stirring Spoon
  • 9x9" baking pan
  • Aluminum Foil


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup Jet-Puffed Pumpkin Spice Mallows
  • 1 cup Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix together sugars, butter, half and half, spices and pumpkin puree.
  • Stir constantly and bring it to a boil (it should take about 7 minutes).
  • Reduce heat to low and continue to cook mixture for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally (it should start to thicken and all sugars will be dissolved).
  • Remove from heat, and add in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and vanilla.
  • Pour into a 9x9" pan that has been lined with foil and generously sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Let it cool completely and then serve.
