Ingredients

  • 1 mango peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits drained
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 1 Tablespoons cilantro
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and finely diced
  • 1 14 ounce bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator.
  • Let the flavors meld together in the fridge for an hour.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.

  • We also like to serve this over grilled chicken and fish!
