- 1 cup margarine softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 beaten eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups white chocolate chips
- 1½ cups macadamia nuts coarsely chopped
Cream margarine and sugars. Add beaten eggs and vanilla. Mix.
Then stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
When it is mixed well, add white chips and macadamia nuts.
Chill dough for about 30 minutes
Roll into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
