Instant Pot Lobster Mac and Cheese Recipe
This cheesy, gooey, creamy, and absolutely tasty Instant Pot lobster mac and cheese is the best mac and cheese you can have! And with the lobster, it makes it divine!
- 12 ounces macaroni uncooked
- 3 cups chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 Tablespoon hot sauce
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ pound lobster cooked
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
Place the uncooked macaroni, chicken broth, onion powder and hot sauce into the Instant Pot.
Set valve to sealing and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. After cooking time runs out, do a quick release.
While cooking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and lobster and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add the milk and cheese to the instant pot and stir until cheese is melted and creamy. Stir in lobster and season with salt and pepper as needed.
