- 2 heads fresh broccoli roughly chopped
- 2 apples diced
- ¼ cup sweet onion diced
- ½ cup low sugar craisins
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 6 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon canola oil
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- salt, to taste
In a large bowl, add broccoli, apples, onion, and Craisins. Gently mix together.
In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Fold dressing into broccoli mixture until broccoli is completely covered.
Cover the bowl and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld together.
