BBQ Chicken Pizza Recipe in 10 Minutes

This homemade BBQ Chicken Pizza in 10 Minutes is absolutely delicious. You would have no idea it was prepared with very little effort. It's as tasty as a grilled chicken pizza when using moist grilled chicken. The soft pita crust is a tasty bbq chicken pizza made right in your own kitchen.

  • 2 (6 inch) flat bread pitas
  • ¼ cup BBQ Sauce
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grilled chicken breasts (cooked and cubed)
  • 2 Tablespoon red onion diced


  • Microwave your chicken until thawed. Then cut it into small pieces.
  • Place pita breads on a microwaveable plate.  
  • Next spread your BBQ sauce on both pitas getting close to the edge.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the bbq sauce.
  • Add cubed chicken and diced onion on top of the cheese. 
  • Microwave each pita for about 45-60 seconds or until the cheese is melted.  
  • Using a pizza cutter, cut the pita into 4 slices. Serve it while still warm.


We used Tyson's precooked grilled chicken. You can also bake this in the oven for about 4 minutes or until cheese it melted and pizza is heated through.
