  • 6 cups romaine lettuce
  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
  • ½ red onion diced
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can corn drained
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • cup ranch dressing


  • In a large bowl add lettuce, chicken, red onion, mozzarella cheese, avocado, black beans, and corn.
  • Drizzle the ranch dressing and barbecue sauce over the salad and stir until the dressing is fully incorporated and mixed in. (you can also but a little on top for looks and extra flavor).
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
