- 2 cups chopped cherry tomatoes
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella pearls
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Chopped basil
- ½ red onion diced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1½ Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
In a bowl, toss together chopped tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, basil, red onion, salt and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and toss until coated.
Serve with your favorite pita chips or tortilla chips.
