Easy Ambrosia Fruit Salad Recipe

The quickest creamiest side dish! Ambrosia Fruit Salad is a mix of your favorite fruit folded into creamy vanilla yogurt for a side dish that goes with just about any meal.

  • 1 (14 ounce) can fruit cocktail drained
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits drained
  • 12 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows

Optional Fruit You Can Add:

  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 apple diced
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can mandarin oranges drained


  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill until served.


*I usually like to make this about 30 minutes before we eat. I feel like the marshmallows tend to get really mushy if I do it much more before then (however- some people like the marshmallows that way).
