Skinny Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza Recipe

I did my best to make a healthy version of my favorite Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza, and it was pretty delicious. My family loved it, and I felt good serving it, knowing exactly what was in it.

Ingredients

  • 2 premade whole wheat pizza crusts
  • 2 cups light alfredo sauce
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
  • 3 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 12 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
  • ½ red onion diced
  • ½ cup cilantro diced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Place pizza crusts on baking sheets and spray the top of the crusts with nonstick cooking spray. Allow it to soak in for a few minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine the Alfredo sauce, plain Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning mix.
  • Spread sauce evenly over pizza crusts and sprinkle half the cheese on each pizza.
  • Sprinkle half the the shredded chicken, bacon crumbles, red onion and cilantro on each pizza.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Remove from oven and cut into slices.
