  • 28.8 ounces diced tomatoes 2 (14.4 ounce cans), undrained
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeds and ribs removed
  • 1 onion quartered
  • ½ bunch cilantro leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt, to taste
  • multi grain Tortilla Chips optional
