Healthy Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole Recipe

Non-stick Cooking Spray
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and shredded
- 1½ cup whole wheat penne pasta (cooked according to package directions)
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
- 5 slices of Turkey Bacon cooked and crumbled
- ¾ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tablespoon cilantro chopped
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a 9 x 9 inch pan or 9 x 13 inch pan, with non stick cooking spray.
In the pan, add your shredded chicken and penne pasta. Spread out evenly in the pan so there is pasta and chicken in every bite.
In a separate bowl combine the Alfredo sauce, Greek yogurt, and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
Pour on top of the chicken and pasta, and spread until it is completely covered.
Sprinkle on your turkey bacon crumbles and Mozzarella cheese.
Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Then turn off your oven, and turn your broiler on high.
Broil for 60 seconds, or until the Mozzarella cheese gets a little golden on top.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the chopped cilantro.
