Lemon and Dill Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pound salmon filet
  • 2 teaspoons fish seasoning or rub
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 lemons divided
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh dill chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line baking sheet with foil.
  • Place salmon on prepared baking sheet and fold up foil around all four edges creating a basket.
  • Season salmon with fish seasoning, and salt and pepper
  • In a bowl, whisk together butter, the juice of one lemon, the zest of one lemon, garlic, and dill.
  • Spoon butter mixture over the salmon.
  • Slice remaining lemon and top salmon with evenly spaced slices.
  • Fold foil over the salmon completely closing and sealing the packet.
  • Bake until cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
