Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots
  • Tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Peel and slice carrots to pieces 1/2 inch thick.
  • In a small bowl, melt garlic butter and stir in basil.
  • Spread carrots evenly into a glass 9 x 13 inch pan.
  • Pour butter over carrots and toss until all of them are coated.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, stirring and flipping carrots once halfway through.
  • Serve warm.
