Ingredients

  • 4 cucumbers peeled
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped dill
  • ½ red onion minced
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 lemons juiced

Instructions

  • Peel and chop cucumbers in slices and then in half; set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, dill, minced onion, garlic salt, and lemon juice.
  • Fold in cucumbers.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • If you're wanting to make this a more hearty salad you can add bow tie pasta!
