Ingredients

  • 1 frozen puff pastry 1 package, thawed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • teaspoon vanilla extract divided
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 21 ounces Lucky Leaf Premium Mixed Berry Pie Filling 1 can
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and flour; set aside.
  • Lay out the puff pastry and cut into 4x4-inch squares.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in the center of each square. Top with 2 tablespoons of pie filling.
  • Fold over from corner to corner into a triangle shape, and press edges together with a fork to seal.
  • Place turnovers on a non greased baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch between them.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, heavy cream and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Drizzle on top of turnovers and serve.
