- 1 frozen puff pastry 1 package, thawed
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1½ teaspoon vanilla extract divided
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 21 ounces Lucky Leaf Premium Mixed Berry Pie Filling 1 can
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 Tablespoons heavy cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and flour; set aside.
Lay out the puff pastry and cut into 4x4-inch squares.
Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in the center of each square. Top with 2 tablespoons of pie filling.
Fold over from corner to corner into a triangle shape, and press edges together with a fork to seal.
Place turnovers on a non greased baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch between them.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, heavy cream and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Drizzle on top of turnovers and serve.
