Dark Chocolate Sorbet Recipe with Wholesome!
This Dark Chocolate Sorbet is the perfect way to satisfy your chocolate sweet tooth, without ruining your diet. You'll love it.
- ¾ cup Wholesome! Organic Blue Agave Sweetener
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1½ Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together Wholesome!TM Organic Blue Agave, milk, salt, and cocoa powder and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and stir in chocolate chips, mashed banana, and vanilla.
Continue stirring until all chocolate chips are melted.
Pour mixture into freezer safe container.
Place in refrigerator for two hours, then transfer to freezer for 5-6 hours (we froze ours over night)
Remove from freezer and let thaw for 15 minutes, serve, and enjoy!
