Apple Coffee Cake Recipe
This Apple Coffee Cake is so easy to make. You can make it in a matter of minutes. This is a perfect treat for breakfast, brunch or dessert.

- ½ cup brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons flour
- 1½ teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1½ cup flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter softened
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 cups apple pie filling (I used canned)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix together all the topping ingredients and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Slowly add in butter, eggs and milk and mix until completely combined.
In a greased 9 x 9 inch pan, pour half of the batter.
Top the first half of the batter with the apple pie filling. Pour the remainder of the batter over the apple pie filling.
Sprinkle with the topping mixture.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
