Apple Salsa Recipe

- 1 granny smith apple diced
- ¼ red onion diced
- 3 Tablespoons cucumber peeled and diced
- 2 Tablespoons red bell pepper diced
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
Finely dice the apple, red onion, cucumber, and red bell pepper.
Mix all the diced ingredients together until well combined.
Add the apple cider vinegar and squeeze the half lemon until you can't get any more juice out.
Mix all the juices into the diced ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Enjoy with Hint of Lime Tortilla Chips.
