- 1 banana sliced
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon water
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
- shredded coconut and cinnamon for garnish
Heat stove to medium heat
Heat the coconut oil, until it is of liquid substance.
Slice bananas into 1/4 inch slices
Place on pan and cook both sides for about 2 minutes
Whisk together honey and water
Remove banana's from the heat and poor the honey and water mixture over the cooked bananas
Sprinkle cinnamon and coconut over the sticky bananas
Enjoy.
