Ingredients

  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • shredded coconut and cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat stove to medium heat
  • Heat the coconut oil, until it is of liquid substance.
  • Slice bananas into 1/4 inch slices
  • Place on pan and cook both sides for about 2 minutes
  • Whisk together honey and water
  • Remove banana's from the heat and poor the honey and water mixture over the cooked bananas
  • Sprinkle cinnamon and coconut over the sticky bananas
  • Enjoy.

Notes

  • These bananas only last for one day. They don’t stay well for very long, so we recommend eating them immediately after making them.
