Aluminum Foil
Ingredients
6bananas
¾cupchocolate chips
1cupminiature marshmallows
Instructions
Cut your aluminum foil into pieces that are about 8"x12" or 12"x12".
Unpeel the banana, and cut a slice down the middle. You don't want to cut all the way through, but you just want a gap so you can put marshmallows and chocolate chips in it.
Place the peeled and cut banana on the foil to decorate. Place desired amount of chocolate chips and marshmallows in the gap. I try to get as much as I can in there so It's full, gooey and delicious!
Fold the foil over the banana so nothing will leak out of the foil, and so you can keep all the good stuff in it.
Place over coals. It will usually take about 5 minutes to cook depending on how hot the coals/fire is You can also cook them in the oven or over the grill if your campfire rains out.
Medium heat on the grill for 5 or so minutes, checking every so often until desired the marshmallows and chocolate chips are at desired melting point
If broiling - Broil on high for 7-10 minutes in the oven, or until desired melting point.
Notes
Instead of chocolate chips, you can use peanut butter chocolate chips, white, or semi-sweet. You could also try breaking up pieces of your favorite candy bar. I bet a Reese's would be good!
