Ingredients

  • 1 package Jumbo Croissant Rolls (The smaller ones could possibly work, but these will guarantee no leaking from the delicious filling!)
  • 8 Cadbury Cream eggs (or Caramel Filled Eggs)
  • 1 egg beaten

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat one egg and set aside in a bowl.
  • Spread out croissant dough and brush inside lightly with beaten egg.
  • Place Cadbury egg at large side of dough and roll into croissant making sure there are no openings in the pastry.
  • Brush the outside with beaten egg, and place onto lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Bake pastries at 350 degrees for 12 minutes, or until croissant is golden brown.
  • Let the pastries cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
