Garlic Parmesan Green Beans Recipe
These Garlic Parmesan Green Beans make a healthy and delicious side dish!
- 32 ounces fresh green beans 1 package
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- 4 Tablespoons minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 Tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Trim the ends off the green beans.
In a large pot, boil green beans for 5 minutes, drain through a strainer.
In the same pan over medium heat, add olive oil, garlic and pepper flakes and cook for 1 minute or until garlic turns golden brown.
Stir in the green beans and cook for 5 more minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, as desired.
Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve.
