Walnut Fudge Brownies Recipe
These brownies may put you in a chocolate coma. They are very rich, so keep a cold glass of milk near you.
Servings: 16 people
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 cup flour
- pinch of salt
- chopped walnuts (optional)
Melt chocolate and butter over double broiler
Remove from heat and stir in sugar and eggs
Stir in flour and salt
Add nuts and mix until well combined.
Bake in a lightly greased 9x9 or 8x8 pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Cool in pan, cut into small squares
This delicious served as is but I love to eat all my brownies with ice cream!
