Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars Recipe
Peanut butter and chocolate make these cookie bars one of my family's favorite desserts!
Servings: 20 people
- 1¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 1¼ cup light brown sugar packed
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup butter softened to room temperature
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix flour, brown sugar, peanut butter, butter, milk, egg, vanilla, salt and baking soda together in a bowl until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread into prepared baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
