  • cup butter
  • cup brown sugar
  • cup granulated sugar
  • 6 Tablespoons milk
  • 5 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 11 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • ½ gallon Cookie Dough Ice Cream (any brand will work)


  • Beat butter, brown sugar, and sugar together until creamed.
  • Add milk, vanilla, and flour and mix until combined. Then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Lay half of the cookie dough mixture in a 9 x 9 pan.
  • Freeze for 1 hour
  • Then spread partially thawed ice cream out on the frozen cookie dough.
  • Cover and freeze for an hour.
  • Spread the remaining cookie dough mixture on the frozen ice cream.
  • Freeze for an hour.
