  • 1 cantaloupe (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 pineapple (cut into bite size pieces)
  • 1 pound strawberries (sliced)
  • ¼ cup orange juice (I used pulp free)


  • Place all the fruit into a large bowl.
  • Pour the orange juice on top and mix well.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Mix again before serving.


This fruit salad works for all seasons of the year, depending on what fruit is in season at your local grocery store.
I love making this recipe in the winter using pomegranates, apples, clementine slices, bananas, and grapes.
