- 15.25 ounces lemon cake mix
- 2 egg whites
- 1 ¼ cups Diet 7-up or Sprite Zero
- 2 cups fresh raspberries divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg whites and diet soda. Fold in 1 cup raspberries.
Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Top with light Cool Whip and garnish with raspberries.
