Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounces lemon cake mix
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 ¼ cups Diet 7-up or Sprite Zero
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  •  In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg whites and diet soda.  Fold in 1 cup raspberries.
  • Pour batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.  Bake for 30 minutes. 
  • Top with light Cool Whip and garnish with raspberries.
