This Pineapple Cheese Ball needs to make an appearance at your next get together. It is so delicious, and easy to make. It's sure to be a crowd favorite.

Ingredients
16ouncesCream Cheese, 2 packages, softened
8ouncescrushed pineapple, drained well
½cupgreen bell pepper, diced
¼cupgreen onions, chopped
1teaspoonseasoning salt
1 ½cupchopped pecans
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crushed pineapple, green pepper, green onions and seasoning salt. I find that the cheese ball is more smooth when I first blend the cream cheese alone, with my hand mixer. Then add the other ingredients.
Form into a ball and place on a plate, cover in saran wrap and keep in the fridge for a few hours (or overnight) or until set up.
Before serving, roll cheese ball in pecans. (If you don’t like pecans, you could also almonds, walnuts, or pistachios.)
