Ingredients

butter

brown sugar

cup
whipping cream
1½
teaspoon
corn syrup
½
teaspoon
salt
1⅔
cup
powdered sugar
1½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1½
cups
peanuts
1½
teaspoon
coarse sea salt

Instructions
Cover a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat
Add brown sugar, whipping cream, corn syrup, and salt.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add in powdered sugar and vanilla.
Beat with a hand mixer on low speed until smooth.
Stir in peanuts. Let stand for a few minutes stirring occasionally.
Let the mixture cool off for about 5-10 minutes, stirring every few minutes. It will begin to thicken up.
When thick enough drop by Tablespoons onto the parchment paper.
Immediately sprinkle with a little sea salt.
Let stand for 3-4 hours until firm.
Store in an airtight container.
