Ingredients

butter (unsalted)

light brown sugar

baking soda

all-purpose flour

old fashioned rolled oats

milk chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large mixing bowl, beat together butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth.
In a separate bowl, stir together baking soda, salt and flour. Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in oatmeal and chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Makes 60 cookies.
