This Italian Chicken Pasta Salad is incredibly easy to make and full of amazing flavor. You can serve it as a side dish, or as a main dish. It only takes a few minutes to throw together, and will quickly become a crowd favorite, I guarantee it.

Ingredients
2cupspenne pasta, cooked (whole wheat pasta works great in this recipe)
4ouncesfeta cheese, (or mozzarella cheese)
2cupscherry tomatoes, (I cut mine in half, but that is completely optional)
1handfulfresh basil leaves, shredded into small pieces
½cupred onion, diced
2cupscooked chicken breast, diced (rotisserie chicken is perfect for this)
1(14 ounce) cabartichoke hearts, chopped
1(2.25 ounce) cansliced black olives
1mediumcucumber, diced
1½cupsitalian salad dressing
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Chill for about 2 hours before serving, to allow dressing to soak into other ingredients.
