Instructions
Add all ingredients to bowl and lightly toss.
Serve with your favorite salad dressing (we especially love this salad with ranch dressing, Italian dressing, or balsamic vinaigrette).

You can also customize this recipe with the following additions:

: arugula, kale, or spinach;
Protein
: hard-boiled eggs, bacon bits, or grilled chicken;
Toppings
: croutons, nuts (walnuts or pecans), dried fruit (cranberries), fresh herbs or Italian seasoning, olive oil, or lemon juice;
