This Garlic Parmesan Herb Salmon is so delicious, you’d think it was chicken nuggets. The fish is soft, and crunchy when grilled, and I could honestly eat it for every meal.
Heat grill to medium low heat, and spray racks with nonstick cooking spray.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, Italian Seasoning, garlic, pepper and Parmesan cheese until fully incorporated.
Dip Salmon into the mixture and place on grill, flipping every 3 minutes for about 15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.Baste the salmon as you go with the garlic Parmesan mixture to keep the fish moist and full of flavor.
