Heat the oven: preheat your oven to 350℉ and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare your chicken:
Trim the excess fat: trim any excess fat from your chicken if needed. Place the chicken onto a prepared baking sheet.
In a bowl, combine garlic, paprika, mayonnaise, and half the parmesan.
Coat the chicken with the prepared mixture and add the remaining parmesan on top.
Bake the chicken:
Bake your chicken in a heated oven for 1 hour or until cooked through.
Serve:
Serve the chicken with desired side dish, or just with some fresh salad.
Notes
If you cannot find garlic paste, then just use minced garlic. If you do want to make a paste, add enough garlic into the food processor and process until the paste forms, or use mortar and pestle.
