Frozen Hot Chocolate Recipe

Last year, I tried my first frozen hot chocolate.  I know, it sounds a little strange, but it is so good!  You can whip this treat up in a matter of minutes and it can feed a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot cocoa powder
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups milk
  • 6 cups ice
  • whipped topping
  • chocolate syrup
  • chocolate shavings

Equipment

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.  Pour into glasses and top with whipped topping, a drizzle of chocolate syrup and chocolate shavings.
