instant brown rice

envelope
enchilada sauce mix
,
(or you could use taco seasoning)

cup
salsa
,
(I used mild so my kids would eat it- go as hot as you want!)

(4oz) can
green chilis

Instructions
Combine all ingredients together in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 8-9 minutes, or until rice is tender.
Let sit for 3-5 minutes and it will soak up most of the liquid in the bowl. Fluff with a fork and serve.

You can customize this recipe based on the type of salsa you select and enchilada sauce mix packet.
