We love great recipes that the whole family will eat and no one turns up their nose. Crescent Roll Burrito Bake was a HUGE WIN with the family. A super easy and delicious dinner that comes together so fast on a busy weeknight.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 16 ounces refried beans, 1 can
  • 1.25 ounces taco seasoning mix, 1 package
  • 8 ounces refrigerated crescent roll dough, 1 package
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2.25 ounces sliced olives, 1 can

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink.
  • Drain grease well.
  • Add the beans and taco seasoning to the hamburger mixture and mix well.
  • Unroll crescent dough sheet. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  • Spoon the beef mixture over crust and spread gently.
  • Then cover with cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle lettuce, tomatoes, and olives on top.
