These Christmas Tree Brownies are what Santa wants for Christmas this year. Forget the sugar cookies, make these sweet and soft Brownie Christmas Trees.
Mix and bake the brownies according to box instructions.
Once the brownies have completely cooled, cut them into triangles. I used a cookie cutter for this process.
Place the cut brownies on parchment paper, or cooling rack so they can be easily removed without sticking.
In a medium sized bowl, beat the butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and milk together until smooth.
Then add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until smooth and creamy.
Add 4 drops of green food coloring, and continue to mix until the color is fully mixed in.
Scoop the frosting into a plastic Ziploc bag, and cut a small hole in the corner.
Pipe the frosting over the triangle brownie in a zigzag pattern.

Add sprinkles for ornaments.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
On the box, it explains how long to cook the brownies, depending on the size of pan you use. I used the biggest pan, to get the most brownies. If you use a small 9 inch by 9 inch pan, you are only going to be able to get a few Christmas trees out of the batch.
