Make the meatballs: Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, add ground chicken, egg, cream cheese, Parmesan, Italian breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt and pepper, to taste.
Stir until the mixture comes together. Shape the chicken mixture into meatballs (around 1oz.) and place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
Spray the meatballs with cooking spray.
Baking time:
Bake the meatballs: Bake the meatballs for 18-20 minutes or until the thermometer reaches 165°F.
Serve:
Serve the meatballs while still warm, with Alfredo sauce, creamy pasta or as a part of your salad.
Notes
To prevent the chicken mixture from sticking to your hands, coat them with some oil before you shape them into the meatballs.
